Raquel San Gregorio

I want people to be happier, enjoying what they do and not caring about what the others would think. A better life/world not just for me (and us) now but for the generations to come. People being persons and not just bodies.
I’m Rhian and I’m from Birmingham, UK.
My specialities are aerial silks, rope and double trapeze.
I first discovered circus when I saw CircusMASH classes at Creation climbing centre around 2015. I joined the CircusMASH staff team in 2018 and I currently teach youth level 1 & 2 aerial and assist with adult silks classes. Outside of circus I work with children in early years.

I first discovered circus in 2013, working for a theatre company who lost an actor. Having never even climbed a rope, I had 6 weeks to learn silks before performing a duet. I never stopped…I always wanted to be a power ranger!
I love empowering people through circus, especially when they don’t think they can do it. I just love entertaining (read as showing off) and circus is the perfect way to do that.
