A fun introduction to juggling for whoever wants to learn 3 ball juggling, get their first tricks or improve their technique. We will activate our neurones with some challenging 1, 2 and 3 ball exercises. We’ll get to know the musicality of juggling and explore some movement with juggling. This workshop welcomes absolute beginners as well as experienced jugglers.
Juggling is a fun and challenging activity that enhances concentration and body awareness. Focussing your mind on this intriguing activity you will turn off all your sorrows and daily stress and enjoy a moment of presence, fun, challenge and curiosity. Believing recent studies of Neuroscience learning the basic 3 ball juggling results in an increase of brain matter which is due to a whole network of new connections made between the left and the right hemisphere of the brain! This is like new streets in town so you might go faster and more efficient for your next big decisions and changes in life!
I will mainly use balls but any prop is welcome and there is no need to bring your own unless you want to.
