Want to develop your practice of contortion further after nailing the basics?

This workshop is for people who are already familiar with the foundations of contortion and wanting to go further with their training. This workshop is aimed at increasing flexibility, gaining a more expansive vocabulary for contortion tricks, and safely and effectively continuing one’s ability to train contortion. This workshop will continue with a contortion training regimen at a higher level, personalised to the ability of the students. This workshop continues to focus on the things that are fundamental to becoming a good contortionist such as increased flexibility, endurance, proper technique and form, stability training, trick vocabulary, and body awareness. This workshop will further develop a student’s ability to continue on their journey to become a contortionist.

Minimum age: 8 years old
Spots: maximum 18

**This workshop is great as a follow-up and progression from the ‘Flexibility and Contortion Foundations’ workshop. As this workshop is very personalised, it is also suitable for the advanced student.
