Come and learn juggling with us! This open level juggling class welcomes everybody – no matter if you want to learn the basic three ball juggling, get started on clubs, rings, diabolo or if you want to improve your technique or learn how to tackle 4 balls! In a friendly and relaxed environment each participant will learn the right tips and tricks that will boost your progress! Your individual learning journey will be extended with fun group juggling, new props like clubs, rings, diabolo and devil stick (flower stick).
Juggling is a fun and challenging activity that enhances concentration and body awareness. Focusing your mind on this intriguing activity you will turn off all your sorrows and daily stress and enjoy a moment of presence, fun, challenge and curiosity. Recent studies of neuroscience have shown that learning the basic 3 ball juggling results in an increase of brain matter which is due to a whole network of new connections made between the left and the right hemisphere of the brain! This is like new streets in town so you might go faster and more efficiently for your next big decisions and changes in life!
